Availability of the product?
Our products are updated on a daily basis. The availability of the products is mentioned in the product description and can be seen when you select a particular product. All the products are ready for purchase and immediate shipping. If the product you selected is currently unavailable you will be notified as soon as it is available for purchase via email on a priority.
How long will the sale on products last?
The sale goes on until stocks last. The prices of the products on sale might even drop further with special deals. There may be some special offers and deals introduced for a limited time only.
Is price match available?
We promise to offer best prices to our customers compared to the competitors but we do not price match. However we do offer seasonal offers and promotions on a regular basis. These stocks are limited so they might not last for too long.
Can an order be placed by email or fax?
For our customers’ security Online cricket shop does not accept any orders by email or fax. All orders are to be placed online on www.onlinecricketshop.com. We like to answer all your order related inquiries by phone.
Are there any deals or packages for a team?

How long does the delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 10-12 working days. Usually we dispatch your orders within 7 working days of the order placed. We urge our customers to allow between 10 to 12 days before receiving your packages in the mail. We ship through DHL, it takes the standard shipping time depending on the weight of the product and the destination for the final delivery.
Is the customer liable for any import taxes or duties?
These type of taxes are applied once the package reaches the designated country. The customs rules and import duties vary from country to country and are subject to change by the local government. We suggest that you check with your customs authority for the up-to-date information prior to placing the order with us. Any additional charges of custom clearance, duty or withholding fee must be paid by the recipient (customer). Online cricket shop will not be responsible of the product or the charges that incur incase the customer refuses to pay the customs charges.
Has the order been dispatched yet?
When the final order is dispatched from our warehouse the customer will be sent an automatic email to confirm that your order is on the way with an approximate time frame for delivery. If your order has been through ha tracked courier service the email will include the details and a link to the tracking number. You may not get any tracking information until the following working day after the order has been shipped.
How to track the order once it is dispatched?
After the order is dispatched you are sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. This email has the tracking number and details of how to track your order depending on the courier service used. If its sent via DHL: Enter your tracking number on the DHL website. The status of your order will then be shown. In case of a missed delivery notification contact the nearest DHL collection facility to collect your package. DHL will hold your order for a few days before returning it to us.
Can the order be delivered to an alternate address?
We expect that you provide the correct billing address and contact details when submitting your order form, but you may change the delivery address to an alternative residential or business address. This will go through a proper security check in some cases, and we might contact you before dispatching the order. Please be advised that the responsibility of locating the package rests with the customer completely once the order has been delivered to a commercial or business address. Onlinecricketshop.com holds no responsibility once the delivery is confirmed on the requested address.
If the package isn’t received within the expected time?
All the packages sent via DHL courier service can be easily tracked on the DHL website with the help of the tracking number and details sent in the order confirmation email. If there has been a delay by any chance you should be able to see a clear message about the status of the delivery. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Can I refuse my package?
Yes you can refuse the package but only in the following cases:
• You do not want to pay any taxes.
• You don’t want the product any more.
• You do not want to pay for the custom charges.
However n any of the above cases, you will be liable for any costs of the courier return service.
If you want to refuse because the package has missing item or opened sealed then there are no extra charges.
If the package gets misplaced?
In the rare scenario we will be liable for all the due inquiries and claims for the lost items.
If the package is damaged upon receiving?
If you see anything opened or broken while receiving the delivery, we suggest you do not sign the package delivery at first place. If there are any items missing or damaged you can refuse delivery and contact us immediately, so we can arrange for any replacements if necessary.
If a wrong product has been received?
In this very unlikely scenario, we recommend that you return the package to us via a recorded courier service along with the postage receipt. As soon as we receive the wrong package back we will dispatch the correct product to you and refund all the postage cost to you on the same credit/debit card.

If by any chance there is an error in your order we will solve it right away. If your shipment is damaged by the courier service, please file a claim with your local office. If you have any issues with the received product kindly contact us so we can send you replacement for any damaged items. We do not offer a free returns service. However, if you return any faulty items for changes we will dispatch the replacements to you free of charge

What is the check for security?
for the security of our customers, we make sure every order goes through a proper security check, to avoid any credit card fraud like multiple orders, fake identities etc. All new orders are checked to confirm that they are not fraudulent or duplicates. If any order fails this security check, we contact the customers via email or phone for identity verifications. We request you to provide valid contact information for your own convenience.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed it can only be cancelled before it is shipped. You can check the status of the order by logging into the website any time after placing the order. You can get in touch with us regarding the cancellation of the order anytime between its being processed and completed.
Is the customer information retained for future?
We do keep in our record the Names and Addresses of our previous customers. If you have a login id and ordered once you should be able to log in again with the same information to make the order placement quick and easy.
